The Director of Public Works/City Engineer is the administrative head of the Public Works and Engineering Department. The Director sets goals, administers policies, and provides direction for the operation of each division.

The Director oversees the Engineering Division, plus the City's Water services, the Wastewater Treatment and Collection services, the Streets Maintenance services, the Parks Maintenance and Street Trees services, as well as the internal services of Facility Maintenance and Fleet Services.
