The Building Division responsibilities include:

1. Provide code information on the phone and at the counter for the public and staff.
2. Field inspect new and remodeled structures.
3. Accept plan check submissions, route to County and internal departments.
4. Issue over the counter permits such as re-roof, HVAC, service upgrades, swimming pools, patio covers…
5. Calculate and collect Public Facility Fees.
