COVID-19 Updates - Programs & Rentals

Dear Ceres Parks & Recreation Community:

As a City Parks & Recreation Department, we are guided by our people-first mission of inspiring better lives through park and recreation services and programs. We believe that in uncertain times like these with the COVID-19, we must take care of our community, guests, volunteers, and staff.

As a City, we are committed to bringing joy, fun and memories through our parks and recreation services and programs. As we stand together to navigate through this challenging time one day at a time, we wanted to reach out to you and provide an update on the actions the City of Ceres has taken to support the health and well-being of all of us.

Class/Programs

Online and select outdoor classes are available. Please CLICK HERE to view current class options. Indoor classes are tentatively expected to resume in March 2021.

Indoor Facility Rentals

If you have a scheduled event or banquet before January 31, 2021 please email the Rentals Staff. Staff will work with you on what best fits your current needs of your event or banquet.

Picnic Area Rentals

Picnic Areas are closed for rentals until further notice due to California State Safety Guidelines issued December 2020. If you have any questions, please email the Recreation Department.

Athletic Fields

All athletic fields are closed until December 31, 2020. If you have any questions, please email the Recreation Department.

Park Playground & Equipment

Playgrounds and all outdoor park equipment are closed until further notice due to California State Safety Guidelines issued December 2020. If you have any questions, please email the Recreation Department.
