  2. Mail to the City using the envelope provided in the utility bill.
  3. There is also a drive-up bill payment box located at City Hall on the corner of Second and Magnolia Streets. A traffic lane on the right side of the box allows you to easily deposit payments from the driver’s side of your vehicle.
