Ceres Police Department Employee Complaint Form

  1. If your feel that a Ceres Police Department employee or volunteer acted improperly you have the right to file a complaint with the Ceres Police Department. Complaints may be filed online, by mail, in person, or by phone. 

    Complaints may be filed anonymously and will be investigated. Due to the fact that anonymous complaints have no name associated, no information will be shared with the person filing the complaint.

    This agency may find after investigation that there is not enough evidence to warrant action on your complaint; even if that is the case, you have the right to make the complaint, and have it investigated if you believe an employee or volunteer acted improperly. 

    California law requires any complaint filed be retained by the Ceres Police Department.
