The Ceres Police Department will make available the requested information promptly or explain the reason for non-disclosure within ten (10) working days of the request unless unusual circumstances preclude from doing so. If more time is needed, an extension of up to fourteen (14) additional days may be authorized, the Ceres Police Department shall provide the requestor written notice that includes the reason for the extension and the anticipated date of the response.
