Whitmore Ranch Specific Plan

The Whitmore Ranch Specific Plan Area was annexed into the City of Ceres, and includes approximately 94 acres that is bounded by Whitmore Avenue on the north, Moore Road on the west, and the east side of La Rosa Elementary School on the east. The southern limit of the Specific Plan Area is approximately 1,300 feet south of Whitmore Avenue.  The Ceres Planning Commission heard this item at their meeting on October 29th at 6:00 p.m. in the Ceres Community Center at 2701 Fourth Street.


The Public Review period for the Whitmore Ranch DEIR began on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 and ended on Monday, August 13, 2018.  A Public Scoping Meeting on the Whitmore Ranch DEIR was held on Monday, August 6, 2018 by the Ceres Planning Commission.
