Fares

*Two children age 5 or younger may ride free when accompanied by a fare-paying passenger 16 years old or older. Additional young children must pay the general fare. Children less than 7 years old may not ride by themselves.

**Not valid for use on Ceres Dial-A-Ride. Pass not available from driver.

Jurors

If you have been summoned to Jury Duty, you can ride free to and from the courthouse. Show your Juror summons or jury bus pass to the driver when boarding.

Personal Care Attendant (PCA)

One (1) PCA can ride free with a person who requires assistance to board, ride, or disembark the vehicle.

How to Purchase Magnetic Strip Cards

The 10-Ride Cruising Pass and $10 Fast Fare Magnetic Strip Cards can be purchased from the bus driver (cash only). The 31-Day Pass is not available for purchase from the driver. All Magnetic Strip Cards are available for purchase at Ceres City Hall or through the mail. If by mail, make a check or money order payable to the City of Ceres, and send to:

Credit or debit cards are not accepted. Riders and agencies may contact the Finance Department to arrange for purchase of Magnetic Strip Cards by calling 209-538-5757. Payment is due at the time the items are picked up. No payments will be taken over the phone.

Transfers

Transfers to MAX, Modesto Area Dial-A-Ride and StaRT are available from your driver at a cost of 25 cents. Transfers between transit systems are allowed only at the transfer point Shown on the map.
