Young At Heart Strength Training:  Ages 55+

Are you tired ofpaying high cost gym memberships and having to drive across town to getthere?  Does the idea of exercising as agroup 2 to 3 times a week in your own community sound fun and appealing toyou?  Join this FREEexercise class, designed specifically for the older adult. Mondays & Wednesdays, from 9-10am

Zumba for Seniors: Ages 55+

Zumba fun for activeadults and beginning students.  Gentledance and exercise program with a Latin flavor; Salsa, Merengue. Calypso, BellyDance, and other international rhythms. No partners necessary.  Chairparticipants welcome (as are pillows). This program helps to improve flexibility, strength, and balance.  Tuesdays & Thursdays, from 9-10am.

                                                          SENIOR ACTIVITIES

The Senior Lounge: Ages 55+

This dedicated space is the perfect place to socialize with good friends, watch TV, play some cards or read a good book.  This room is open to seniors Monday-Saturday from 9am-5pm.

The Pinochle Club: Ages 55+

Pinochle is a trick-taking game typically with a 48 card deck and 4-6 players.  Skills required for this game include: strategy, social skills, teamwork and card counting.  The club plays Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10-3pm.  It;s free to join and play.
