If the City cancels the class, participants will receive full refund of the fee.
If participant is requesting to drop a class or program for a refund: The request MUST be submitted before the second-class meeting date, to receive a full refund of the class/program fee. Any requests submitted after the second-class meeting date, must be approved by the Recreation Manager or Supervisor.
Transferring registration is an option if it is for the same class/program to a different month. In some cases you can transfer participants also.
