How do I obtain a Fire Report?

Fire Reports are available at the Administration Office on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., for a fee of $4. For more information, please call 209-538-5701. Note: Emergency Medical Services (EMS) reports are only issued to the involved party mentioned on the report, unless the involved party is a minor. In that case, the report may be issued to the biological parent or legal guardian. All other requests for EMS reports are obliged through a signed release of liability and a subpoena from the requesting party. Subpoena Duces Tecum reports are $15.
